Overnight oats taste good and are good for you. This is an easy and healthy meal, anytime, anywhere. Plan ahead, for this nutritious snack/meal.

There are endless benefits per serving. Whenever affordable, use organic ingredients. Stay satisfied, add fiber and increase vitamins A, C, E, and antioxidants!

 

Here we go!

1/2 Cup Old-fashioned oats
1/4 Dried fruit. Apricots, raisins, coconut, bananas are delicious.
1 Tablespoon flaxseed - optional
1 Cup oat-milk or almond milk. Use an unsweetened authentic affordable brand.
Pinch of Sea Salt
Maple syrup, honey, brown sugar or agave (just a touch)
3 Tablespoons of chopped nuts.
Use a resealable container or jar.
Mix oats, dried fruit, salt, milk, a dash of brown sugar, flax seeds. Tightly seal in the airtight resealable container and chill for 5 hours or up to 3 days.

Stir, top, eat, repeat.
